These gluten-free, dairy-free hamburger buns are soft, airy and packed with flavor! They’re great for burgers. Store them in a plastic bag at room temperature or in the fridge for 1-2 days. They also freeze very well.

To reheat:
- From room temperature – microwave one bun in a sealed baggie for 30 seconds, then let sit for 2 minutes before opening to soften and prevent crumbling.
- From frozen – microwave in a sealed baggie for 1 minute, then let sit for 2 minutes (or until the bag deflates) before opening.
Ingredients: Gluten-free sourdough starter, brown rice flour, chickpea flour, sorghum flour, tapioca flour, cornstarch, oat flour, xanthan gum, salt, gelatin, sugar, onion flakes, yeast, water, eggs, vinegar, canola oil, sparkling water, sesame seeds, parsley flakes
Vegetarian option: Guar Gum can be substituted for the gelatin but they will be a bit more crumbly.
