This savory bread is made with my gluten-free sourdough culture. It has a rich flavor of melted cheddar or plant-based cheddar cheese that is balanced by the mild heat and zest of pickled jalapeños!
Great toasted for making sandwiches!
Ingredients: water, white rice flour, gluten-free sourdough culture, brown rice flour, plant-based cheddar cheese or cheddar cheese, potato starch, canola oil, jalapeno peppers, sugar, tapioca starch, psyllium husk, yeast, salt, xanthan gum.
Vegetarian option: Guar Gum can be substituted for the gelatin.
This loaf can be made with cheddar cheese or dairy-free using plant-based cheddar cheese.
